First Mass of Easter

Following the ancient Christian tradition, our first celebration of Easter falls in the hours of darkness between Holy Saturday and Easter Day.  We recall God’s Creation:  The call of Abraham; Israel’s deliverance from Egypt; and our deliverance from darkness and sin through the Resurrection.
